God designed us for both play AND purpose. Our best lives were meant to be filled with productive work, and also chock-full of pleasure, laughter, and rest. This installation, titled “Purpose and Play,” aims to embody that dynamic. Rather than generating visual elements in a precisely controlled environment, we used a physical model of our projection surface to stimulate real interactions with dynamic elements. This approach forced a playful process in our work as we discovered new ways to create beauty.
